The charcoal pieces in the bag that range in size from 2cm to 10cm, for a multi-purpose burn - allowing them to be used on a home BBQ or a high-heat grill. To produce the smoky aroma and intense heat, hardwoods are combined.

This Natural Lumpwood Charcoal is made using a combination similar woods to beech and birch so you can achieve the benefits of both types of wood for your food using only one product. Beech wood is a dense, long-burning fuel gives off a sweet, clear Smokey taste. While birch provides a mirror-like finish and a subtle sweetness, it has a mineral flavour profile.
